· Complaints may be submitted in writing or verbally, though we encourage written submissions to ensure clarity and completeness.

· Written complaints will be acknowledged within 10 business days of receipt.

· We will respond to your complaint with the results of our review within 60 calendar days.

If you reside in Québec

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your complaint or if you have not received a final response within 60 days, you may request that your file be forwarded to the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), which provides free dispute resolution services.
